An amazing little family run garage. They do more than what you even ask them to free of charge. Completely happy and satisfied with the service I got from Knoll Automotive. The car is running perfectly, and it was done as quickly as possible (hold up thanks to a freak snowstorm, not these guys). The most impressive thing, though, is just how friendly and helpful everyone is. It made a stressful situation so much easier. When going over what I needed done, Tim was thorough and honest. As for niceness, I almost felt like an old friend after my first 5 minutes dropping the car off. Highly recommended!

The Knoll Automotive professionals have been taking care of our cars for more than 25 years. It all started long ago when my brother and his family were visiting from out of state. We were going to visit Falling Water, but part way there, his car couldn't make it up the mountain. Fortunately, we did get back to Pleasant Hills, but we had to find out what was wrong. We went to Knoll's and they soon told us that the transmission was failing, and probably would not be safe for my brother and his family to try to make it home. It as an older car, and we didn't know if the extended warranty would cover the cost or not. The Knolls told us not to worry, they would repair it and they take care of checking with insurance to find out. But they proceeded to repair the transmission even though they didn't know us and they didn't ask for any money to get started. (Fortunately, as it turned out it was still covered, but that they started to repair the transmission right away really impressed us.) So there was no charge to us, and no hassle with the insurance company. After this, I knew I found the best people to make sure that my car would be: first - safe, and second - there would never be any charges for unnecessary "make work repairs" that that really didn't need to be done. Ever since, the Knoll Automotive team have kept our cars kept for us, and at reasonable cost. You won't go wrong if you take your vehicle to Knoll Automotive for service!

Best automotive service in the Mon Valley, whether it is state inspection, oil change, brakes, or a tune up. You could not find more courteous service anywhere in any field. Have been going there for years, and would recommend their garage to everybody.
