Honest, thorough, and no pressure to purchase. Todd was extremely knowledgable, thorough, with a budget mo d approach while highlighting any safety or reliability concerns. He provided honest responses when asked if some items could be obtained cheaper elsewhere. I would not hesitate to use this shop in the future.

I have been going to knoll?s for several years now and wish I had taken my cars there years ago. Tim and Tod are friendly and knowledgeable about what they do and always answer any questions. I have 2 Mercedes that I feel they take care of and reasonably. Would highly recommend them.

Tim, Todd and Paul are the answer to your Automotive care. Honestly and dedication to a job well done trickles down from the top (TIim) who has built a business around his own personal beliefs of what a business should be! I have been a customer for many years,, sometimes its not an easy fix,! But they always seem to figure it out. I believe Knoll automotive is a hidden gem, who cares for your vehicles like they would thier own! In today's world, that is a rare find. Give them a try ! You will be happy you did! I was!

I've trusted Knoll Automotive for many years because they fix what's needed to keep my vehicle safe and running a long time on the road. They don't try to sell us unneeded repairs. They always go over my vehicle checking to make sure everything is good to go. If they find something they will let me know and leave it up to me to decide if I want it repaired.

Knoll Automotive has been my vehicle repair service center for over 10 years for a reason. They let me know what they found, what repairs are needed and how much it will cost, before they do the repairs. I've been going to Knoll Automotive for over 10 years for a good reason... They fix what's broken and while my vehicle is there, they will check over the rest of the vehicle and let me know if anything else needs repaired or replace. They keep the bad part for me to see why it needed replaced. Other folks I refured to Knolls say the same thing.

I?ve been going to Knoll automotive for over ten years for a reason? When you find someone who takes care of your vehicle like the Knoll Family does mine, you know in your heart you don?t have to look any further for an honest team of mechanics. The owners Tim & Todd go over my vehicle with a fine-tooth comb to keep my vehicle safe on the road. These guys don?t try to over sell me on any parts or services that are not needed. They just fix what?s needed and that?s it. I trust these guys with my vehicle and My Life 100%.
