| Knoll Automotive is like a breath of fresh air during this difficult time. Tim and his crew display the old-fashioned values that I grew up with such as kindness, responsibility, thoughtfulness, fairness, and civility. Tim made sure I was transported to and from my home while my car was being worked on. I never feel as though he and his business are unfair with pricing. He and Todd kept me informed on what was wrong with the vehicle, what needed to be done, and the cost. They guarantee their work, and are a pleasure to work with. |
